STATUTE

§ 1 Subject matter of the regulations

1. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay in the Rynek 7 Apartment and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing the registration card,
as well as by making a reservation or paying an advance payment or the entire amount due for the stay in the Apartment. By making the above activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.
2. The Regulations apply to all guests staying in the Rynek 7 Apartment.
3. The regulations are available for viewing on the apartment's website and in printed form from the landlord.

§2

1. The apartment is rented daily. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 p.m. on the day of rental until 11:00 a.m. the next day.
2. If the guest does not specify the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that it is one day.
3. The basis for the Guest's check-in is to show the landlord or an authorized person an ID document with a photo and sign the registration card. The guest should submit a request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival by 10:00 a.m. on the day when the room rental expires. The landlord will take into account the request to extend the stay whenever possible.
4. Remuneration for renting the apartment is due according to the current price list available on the website.
5. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay in the apartment if full payment for the current stay has not been made in advance.

§3

1. The guest cannot transfer the room to other people, even during the rental period.
2.  The landlord may refuse to accept a guest who, during the previous stay, violated the regulations, caused damage to the property, the landlord or otherwise disturbed the peace in the apartment. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the lessor, settle the amount due for previous services, pay for any damage and leave the rented place.

§4

1. Please leave valuable items, especially money, passports, tickets, electronic and optical-photographic equipment, in a safe place.
2. The hotel is not liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, other valuable items or items of scientific or artistic value.

§5

1. The hotel has a quiet night from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
2. The behavior of guests and people using the apartment's services should not disturb the peace of other people working in the same location. The apartment may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.

§6
Responsibility of guests

1. Children under 12 years of age should stay in the Apartment under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially liable for any damage resulting from the children's actions.
2. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices resulting from his or her fault.
3. Each time a Guest leaves the room, for safety reasons, he or she should turn off the light, turn off the taps and lock the door. For reasons of fire safety, it is prohibited to use heaters and other electrical devices that are not part of the room equipment in hotel rooms. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices. Dangerous goods - weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials - cannot be stored in hotel rooms.
4. The apartment has a statutory right of lien on items brought by the Guest in the event of delay in payment for the stay or failure to settle the amount due for the services provided.
5. Smoking cigarettes/e-cigarettes is prohibited inside the apartment and in the corridor. Smoking guests are welcome outside the building.

§7

1. For safety reasons, when leaving the room, make sure the door is properly closed.
2. When leaving the apartment, both during your stay and when checking out, you must return the key to the Cuda Wianki Restaurant, located next door at Rynek 5, or place it in the key box with the code. If you have any questions, we are here to help.

§8

1. Any problems, inconveniences or defects should be immediately reported to the lessor, so that appropriate actions can be taken.
2. The apartment is not responsible for any difficulties resulting from random events or force majeure.
3. The apartment is not liable for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it or live animals, regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in the parking lot designated by the renter or outside the premises.
4. It is possible to rent a parking space for PLN 100.00/day, from 15:00 to 11:00. There is one parking space designated for this purpose.

§9

1. Personal items left in the hotel room by a departing guest will be listed and registered as lost items. Such items may be sent back to the indicated address, at the guest's expense, only after the guest makes such a request. If no instructions are given, the apartment will store the items for three months and then donate them to charity, for public use or destroy them on commission. Food items will not be stored.

§10 Complaints

1. Guests have the right to submit complaints if they notice any deficiencies in the quality of services provided.
2. All complaints are accepted by the landlord.
3. A complaint should be submitted immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the standard of services provided.

§ 11 Additional provisions

1. The hotel accepts pets. Pets are allowed in the apartment, but the owner of the pet is obliged to keep it in such a way that it does not pose a threat. The guest is obliged to remove any waste left by the animal in the apartment. The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage and pollution caused by his animal and is obliged to cover the costs of this damage. All damage to the property of the Rynek 7 Apartment or other people caused by animals will be assessed by the Apartment Owner and the costs will be charged to the animal owners. The cost of an animal's stay in the apartment is PLN 50.00/day.
2.  The Guest consents to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by Apartamenty Rynek 7 with its registered office in Przemyśl at ul. Rynek 7 for the needs necessary for the Guest's stay in the Apartment and for the Guest to use other services provided by the Apartment. The guest has the right to access and correct his or her personal data
3. It is prohibited to carry out door-to-door sales and sales within the Apartment.
4. It is forbidden to make excessive noise in the Apartment, cause unpleasant odors or do other things that disturb or harm other people staying in the tenement house.
5. In the apartment, in accordance with the Act of April 8, 2010 amending the Act on health protection against the consequences of using tobacco and tobacco products and the Act on the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 529)
- smoking cigarettes and tobacco products is strictly prohibited. Breaking the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in the apartment is tantamount to the guest renting the room agreeing to cover the costs of dearomatization of the room
determined individually by the owner.
6. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the hotel rooms and their equipment.
 

The Personal Data Administrator is Apartamenty Rynek 7. with its registered office in Przemyśl, ul. Rynek 7. Personal data are processed by the Administrator
- in order to take action before concluding the contract and for the purpose of implementing the contract, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) b GDPR;
- to ensure the safety of guests and other persons staying in the tenement house, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) d GDPR;

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the contract. Each person whose data is processed has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
